Are your tortillas and chips made fresh?

Yes — everything is made fresh in small batches with clean, simple ingredients and zero preservatives. That's also why we keep things local for now (see pickup below).

What's in them?

We keep our ingredient lists short and real — corn or flour, water, clean fats (avocado oil, olive oil, butter, or wagyu beef tallow depending on the product), a trace of lime, and salt. Full ingredients are on every product page and on the package. If you have a specific allergy question, email us at radtortillaco@gmail.com and we'll give you a straight answer.

Are they gluten-free?

Our corn products — Foldies and Crunchies — are made from corn, not wheat. Our Rollies and some specialty tortillas are made with flour. Check each product page for full ingredients, and reach out if you need specifics.

How do I store them and how long do they last?

Because we skip preservatives, freshness is everything. Keep tortillas refrigerated and enjoy them fresh, or freeze to make them last. Chips keep best sealed at room temperature. When in doubt, fresher is better.

How does local pickup work?

Right now we're local pickup only. Place your order online, choose pickup at checkout, and we'll have it ready at 2832 Wabash Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90033 — usually within 24 hours. You'll get an email when it's ready. Bring your confirmation.

Do you ship?

Not yet — since everything's made fresh, we're starting local so it reaches you at its best. Nationwide shipping is coming. Join our list to be the first to know.
