RAD Tortilla Co started with a simple idea: a tortilla should be made with real ingredients and taste like it. Somewhere along the way the aisle got filled with gums, preservatives, and names you can't pronounce. We went the other way.

Everything we make is pressed and cooked fresh in small batches, right here in Los Angeles — clean corn and flour, good fats like avocado oil and wagyu beef tallow, a trace of lime, salt, and nothing you wouldn't want in your own kitchen. No preservatives. No shortcuts. No junk.

Foldies fold. Rollies roll. Crunchies crunch. And every one of them is built to make whatever you're making better.

Rad Tortilla Co. was built on a love for real food, clean ingredients, and coastal California culture. We’re not chasing trends — we’re carrying forward the spirit of timeless, good eating.

Our corn Foldies are made for the perfect taco: soft, sturdy, and full of flavor. Our flour Rollies are crafted for burritos, wraps, and everything in between. And our Crunchies bring that same clean, bold taste to every handful.

Each product is made with care, using organic and non-GMO ingredients whenever possible, and inspired by the energy we grew up around — sun, surf, and simplicity.
